Delus Travels – Payment & Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be communicated only through email. The refund policy will be effective from the date of receipt of the cancellation email at: support@delustravels.com

Token Amount

  • The token amount is non-refundable.
  • In case of unavoidable situations such as natural calamities, Delus Travels may provide a credit note for future travel at its sole discretion.

Payment Timelines

  • Full payment for the package must be completed at least 15 days before departure.
  • Failure to make full payment may result in cancellation of the booking, and applicable cancellation charges will apply.

Cancellation Charges

  • 45 days or more before departure: 25% of the total package price will be charged.
  • 45 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total package price will be charged.
  • 30 to 15 days before departure: 75% of the total package price will be charged.
  • 15 days or fewer before departure: 100% of the package price will be charged (No Refund).
  • No-shows (without prior intimation): 100% of the package price will be forfeited.

Important Notes

  • Natural Calamities: In the event of natural calamities, standard cancellation policies will apply. At Delus Travels’ discretion, a credit note may be offered for future bookings.
  • Hotel/Supplier Policy: Cancellations may vary depending on hotel/supplier policies. If any service or inclusion is marked as non-refundable, no refund will be provided for that component.
  • Flights/Trains/Buses: Cancellations will follow the respective airline, railway, or transport company’s policy. Convenience fees and discounts are strictly non-refundable.
  • TCS (Tax Collected at Source): Once collected, it is non-refundable in case of cancellation/modification. Travelers can claim this amount as adjustment against their Income Tax when filing returns.
  • Visa Fees & Handling Charges: Non-refundable.
  • Visa Disclaimer: Visa approval/rejection is solely at the discretion of the Embassy/High Commission. Delus Travels shall not be held liable for any monetary or other losses due to visa rejection or delays.
  • Visa Rejection: Refunds (if any) will be provided as per the package cancellation policy.
  • Transit Visa: If required, it is the sole responsibility of the traveler to obtain it.
  • Calculation of Cancellation Charges: Cancellation charges will be calculated based on the total booking value, irrespective of whether the full payment has been made or not.
